What is High Conflict Divorce Coaching?
The American Bar Association (ABA) defines divorce coaching as “a flexible, goal-oriented process designed to support, motivate, and guide people going through divorce to help them make the best possible decisions for their future, based on their particular interests, needs, and concerns”.
Going through a divorce is without a doubt one of the hardest things that a person will face. However, a high-conflict divorce or child custody battle with a narcissist is particularly difficult. The reality of dealing with a narcissist in the family court is emotionally, psychologically, and financially devastating. Finding the the right people who are equipped to support you during this battle is essential.

A Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach has been specifically trained to assist women who are facing their abusers in family court. We understand the legal processes, and provide value by helping our clients strategize to prepare them for the most favorable outcome. As coaches, we are well-versed on Post Separation Abuse, as we have also experienced this type of abuse personally. Our real life experiences have ignited a passion and a movement to help empower women on similar journeys.

In many ways the abuse after leaving a relationship can be just as bad, and often times worse than the abuse that we endured during the relationship. In addition to coaching you through the family court process, we can help you to learn ways to come out of the fog. Coaches provide support and resources, but do not provide legal advice. We are an important member of your team that can help explain important milestones during your case, and help provide supporting documentation that will help both you and your attorney throughout your case.
